Thirteen goalkeeper camps, around 400 participants, over 80 dedicated goalkeeper coaches - that was the Pro Elite Summer Tour 2024! From June 21 to August 11, goalkeepers had the opportunity to further develop their skills in top-class training sessions. The summer was packed with exciting encounters, intensive training sessions and an inspiring exchange between young talents and experienced professionals.
Italy camps: sun, training and vacation
For the fourth time, our camp in picturesque Nals (South Tyrol) was successfully held from June 21 to 23. In cooperation with FC Nals, our goalkeepers were not only able to hone their technical and tactical skills, but also enjoy the beautiful landscape.
Another highlight in Italy was our first camp on the beautiful Lake Garda. From July 12th to 14th we were guests at Desenzano Calcio and combined goalkeeping training with a holiday atmosphere. The idyllic setting made the training special and left a lasting impression on both the participants and the coaches.
Austria Camps: Tradition meets new records
In Austria, the Pro Elite Goalkeeper Camp at Attersee has long been a fixture. This traditional camp took place for the 16th time, with over 40 goalkeepers putting their skills to the test on the SV Weyregg pitch in Weyregg. We were particularly pleased to welcome Just-Us Goalkeepers founder Fabian Lucassen, who shared valuable tips with the participants not only as a coach, but also as a social media guide. Former Bundesliga star Michael Hofmann was also there as a trainer and inspired the young talents.
Another special event was our first camp at FC Dornbirn in Vorarlberg. With almost 40 goalkeepers, it was a complete success and broke the record number of participants for this region. From July 26th to 28th, the club was all about goalkeeping training, and the enthusiasm was huge!
Germany Camps: New locations and full participant lists
We were able to celebrate several premieres in Germany this year. From July 19th to 21st we visited Berlin (MSV Rüdersdorf) and Dortmund (VFR Sölde) for the first time - and both camps were fully booked! These new locations showed how great the interest in the Pro Elite Goalkeeper Camp is.
Another big camp weekend took place from July 26th to 28th. In Frankfurt (FC Eddersheim), Cologne (SC Köln West), Dresden (SV 06 Laubegast Dresden) and Hamburg (Tangstedter SV), parallel training sessions took place, which were filled with great commitment and a lot of joy in goalkeeping.
The summer tour finally continued from August 2nd to 4th in Stuttgart (Sportkultur Stuttgart eV) and Nuremberg (SC Schwabach 04). In both cities we were able to achieve impressive successes with motivated participants and committed coaches.
Finale in Rostock: A crowning conclusion
The crowning conclusion of the summer tour was our second camp in Rostock. From August 9th to 11th, the participants were able to experience an intensive training weekend at the Warnemünde sports park and end the summer tour with unforgettable experiences and valuable training. Outlook: Autumn and the Christmas Tour 2024-25
But the journey continues! In the fall, two intensive goalkeeping camps await us, which will take place for the first time in Erfurt and Bremen (October 5th and 6th). The next big highlight is the Christmas Tour 2024-25 . From December 27th, we will start with 20 planned goalkeeping camps in the best indoor soccer halls in Austria and Germany. Top training in a Christmas atmosphere will be offered here again until January 5th, 2025!
