1. Pro Elite Goalkeeper Camp in Mallorca: A complete success!
The vision for our first goalkeeper camp in Mallorca was clear: an international field of participants, an international coaching team, and top-notch training conditions in a holiday destination. Our expectations were not only met, but exceeded!
Unique challenges & international flair
Goalkeeper training in Mallorca in July presents unique challenges, with the intense heat being a particular highlight. As early as 8:30 a.m. on July 25th, the thermometer was already registering around 35 degrees Celsius. Not all participants were accustomed to these extreme conditions. In addition to local Spanish goalkeepers from Palma and mainland Spain, keepers from England, Ireland, Sweden, and Germany also attended! To combat the heat, training sessions were held daily from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for five days.
First-class training conditions in Son Ferrer
We stayed at the impeccably maintained artificial turf pitch in Son Ferrer. This charming village is ideally located between Palmanova and Santa Ponça, proving to be an excellent camp location for our Pro Elite Goalkeeper Camp.
Experienced and international coaching team
Once again, we were able to boast a particularly international coaching team. In addition to top German coaches Patrick Schuch from Frankfurt and Max Kamleiter from Nuremberg, we were also delighted to welcome top Spanish coaches Pablo Roca, Pau Segui, and Pau Pericas to the camp for the first time. This gave the German and British participants, in particular, a unique opportunity to experience the Spanish approach to goalkeeping training firsthand and benefit from diverse perspectives.
