📦 Returns & Exchanges

The item doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations? No problem – you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Here's how the return process works:

1. Fill out the return form (see bottom of page):
Please fill out the return form completely. After receiving it, we will send you a return label via email.

2. Costs & Refund:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

3. Return of goods
Please send the items with sufficient postage to the following address:

⚠️ Unfortunately, we cannot accept packages with insufficient postage.

Please note:

  • Printed, personalized or previously used items are excluded from exchange and return.
  • The goods must arrive unworn, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
  • A direct exchange is not possible. Please reorder the desired item.
  • For returned orders with quantity discounts, these cannot be applied retroactively.

🛠️ Complaint

Is your product defective or does it have a manufacturing defect? ​​Our goalkeeper gloves are handmade with the utmost care. However, should a defect occur before first use or after a short period of use, we will of course investigate your claim.

Acceptable grounds for complaint (usually visible before use):

  • Open seam (except Grip Protection Zone)
  • Incorrect personalization
  • Bandage comes loose prematurely

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and replace your product free of charge.

❌ Not a valid reason for complaint:
Natural wear and tear: Goalkeeper gloves are subject to natural wear and tear – depending on the surface and use.
This does not constitute a defect.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Abrasion or cuts in the adhesive foam due to ball contact
  • Color changes or peeling prints on the upper hand
  • Material wear and tear caused by artificial turf, hard surfaces or gravel pitches
