The item doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations? No problem – you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Here's how the return process works:
1. Fill out the return form (see bottom of page):
Please fill out the return form completely. After receiving it, we will send you a return label via email.
2. Costs & Refund:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
3. Return of goods
Please send the items with sufficient postage to the following address:

Is your product defective or does it have a manufacturing defect? Our goalkeeper gloves are handmade with the utmost care. However, should a defect occur before first use or after a short period of use, we will of course investigate your claim.
Acceptable grounds for complaint (usually visible before use):
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and replace your product free of charge.
❌ Not a valid reason for complaint:
Natural wear and tear: Goalkeeper gloves are subject to natural wear and tear – depending on the surface and use.
This does not constitute a defect.
