Thirteen goalkeeper camps, around 400 participants, over 80 dedicated goalkeeper coaches – that was the Pro Elite Summer Tour 2024 ! From June 21st to August 11th, goalkeepers had the opportunity to further develop their skills in top-class training sessions. The summer was packed with exciting encounters, intensive training sessions, and an inspiring exchange between up-and-coming talents and experienced professionals. Italy camps: Sun, training and holiday atmosphere for goalkeepers
For the fourth time, our camp in picturesque Nals (South Tyrol) was a resounding success from June 21st to 23rd. In cooperation with FC Nals, our goalkeepers were able to not only hone their technical and tactical skills, but also enjoy the stunning scenery – a perfect combination of intensive training and a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
Another highlight in Italy was our first camp at the stunning Lake Garda . From July 12th to 14th, we were guests of Desenzano Calcio and combined effective goalkeeper training with a true holiday atmosphere. The idyllic setting made the training special and left lasting impressions and unforgettable moments for both the participants and the coaches.
Austrian camps: Tradition meets records and professional visits
The Pro Elite Goalkeeper Camp at Lake Attersee has long been a fixture in Austria. This traditional camp took place for the 16th time, with over 40 goalkeepers showcasing their skills on the pitch of SV Weyregg. We were particularly pleased to welcome Fabian Lucassen, founder of Just-Us Goalkeepers, who not only coached but also shared valuable tips with the participants as a social media expert. Former Bundesliga star Michael Hofmann also joined as a coach, inspiring the young talents with his experience.
Another highlight was our first camp at FC Dornbirn in Vorarlberg . With almost 40 goalkeepers participating, it was a resounding success and broke the participation record for the region. From July 26th to 28th, the club was entirely dedicated to goalkeeper training, and the enthusiasm was tremendous – proof of the growing popularity of our camps!
Germany Camps: Full lists and successful premieres
In Germany, we celebrated several premieres this year. From July 19th to 21st, we were guests in Berlin (MSV Rüdersdorf) and Dortmund (VFR Sölde) for the first time – and both camps were completely booked! These new locations impressively demonstrated the high level of interest in the Pro Elite Goalkeeper Camp throughout Germany.
Another large camp weekend took place from July 26th to 28th. In Frankfurt (FC Eddersheim) and Cologne (SC Kölner), we were able to welcome numerous goalkeepers and offer them intensive training sessions. The positive feedback confirms our approach of offering high-quality goalkeeper training at an increasing number of locations.
