Stay fit during the Christmas holidays: The solution from Goalkeeping.com

The Christmas holidays are often a time when the availability of specialized goalkeeper training is severely limited. This is precisely where the Christmas Tour came in! In cities like Vienna, Linz, Rosenheim, Munich, Nuremberg, Koblenz, Bonn , and Gelsenkirchen , our two-day intensive camps offered an ideal opportunity to stay fit even over the holidays.

Each camp included four hours of intensive training daily , during which goalkeeper technique was specifically refined in modern soccer halls.

Camp highlights: Vienna and Linz led the way

Full action at the Westside Soccer Arena Vienna

The tour kicked off with the goalkeeper camp in Vienna on December 27th and 28th . Under the experienced guidance of Simon Manzoni, we welcomed 27 talented young goalkeepers from the Vienna area. They benefited from the expertise of seven highly qualified goalkeeper coaches. In addition to familiar faces Jaromir Pitak, Sebastian Gessl, and Samir Karalic , newcomers Martin Klauninger, Foroutan Bagherian, Julian Senfter , and Carlos Ferber also participated for the first time.

Successful training at the Soccerarena Linz

The Soccerarena Linz on Further Straße in Urfahr has repeatedly proven itself as a top location for our indoor goalkeeper camps and once again offered optimal conditions this year. Here, in addition to Markus Bachhofner and Thomas Missbichler, Wacker Burghausen goalkeeper Markus Schöller , as well as Lower Austrians Markus Posch (Scheiblingkirchen) and Günther Prath (FC Winden), celebrated their coaching debuts.

Triple power in Bavaria: Nuremberg, Munich and Rosenheim

Bavaria was also an important stop on the Christmas Tour, with camps in Nuremberg , Munich , and Rosenheim . From December 27th to 28th, we made our debut at the Soccerarena Mangfalltal near Rosenheim . Here, nearly 25 kids had the opportunity to train with five new goalkeeping coaches – Christian Schlosser, Christian Sekanina, Mate Kovacs, Benjamin Morawitz, and Francesco Parillo . The other Bavarian locations also impressed with intensive training sessions and motivated participants (the original text breaks off here, hence the sentence to continue).
