Looking back: Goalkeeping.com Winter Tour 2024-25 – Record-breaking camp for goalkeepers!

The Goalkeeping.com Academy ushered in a new era during the 2024-25 Christmas holidays. With an unprecedented 20 goalkeeper camps held in major cities across Germany and Austria, a new standard was set. Over 600 goalkeepers and more than 120 goalkeeper coaches participated in this fantastic winter tour.

Winter tour part 1: Successful start to the holidays

On December 27th and 28th, 2024, our Goalkeeping.com Winter Tour 2024/2025 kicked off, and it has already been a resounding success! The first stops on our tour offered impressive numbers of participants and a motivating atmosphere, perfect for improving goalkeeping technique.

Proven locations with top participation

For the third time, we successfully performed at three well-known venues:

  • At the Westside Soccer Arena in Vienna, we welcomed almost 50 highly motivated participants who trained with full commitment.
  • Our coaching team, which includes former Bundesliga goalkeeper Michael Hofmann, once again provided an intensive and professional training environment in the Oberschleißheim (Munich) soccer hall .
  • And at the Kickfabrik Nürnberg, Steed Ray and his coaches were able to accompany more than 30 dedicated goalkeepers on their sporting journey.

Second edition: Impressive further development

For the second time, we visited other locations that also impressed with impressive figures:

  • In the Filderstadt soccer hall near Stuttgart (under head coach André) and in the Taunus Hills soccer park (under the direction of our head coach Patrick Schuch ), almost 45 goalkeepers from all over Baden-Württemberg and Hesse took the opportunity to further develop their goalkeeping skills during the Christmas holidays.
  • Soccerworld Leipzig and Torfabrik Krefeld once again confirmed their high appeal for our goalkeeper camps with a large number of participants.

New locations: Successful premiere

For the first time, goalkeeper camps were also held at six new locations , all of which were very well received. At the Freilassing Sports Park , Kickerworld Berlin , Soccerking Bremen , Bolzarena Rostock , Asten Sports Park near Linz , and Soccerworld Cologne, we welcomed many new goalkeepers. The feedback from participants and parents was consistently excellent and confirms the concept of the Goalkeeping.com Academy: offering high-quality goalkeeper training throughout Germany and Austria.
