Our goalkeeper training program comprises nine goalkeeper-specific training modules, individually tailored to age and performance level. Clearly structured sessions with targeted workload phases enable effective training while maintaining high quality and sufficient recovery.

8:30 - Come together
9:00 – 9:50 a.m.: 1st training session
9:50 – 10:00 a.m.: Break
10:00 – 10:50 AM: 2nd training session
10:50 – 11:00 a.m.: Break
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: 3rd training session
12:00 – 12:30: Lunch break
12:30 – 14:00: 4th training session (fun session, goalkeeper Olympics, games, etc.)
